I was a T-Ball and soccer coach when my two older kids were younger and on the teams and I loved it. Now as I get older, I still love doing it.
I just do it for many more people and adults as well, in groups and one on one and in formal and informal settings. I enjoy it. I love to root for the team and individual so that they can succeed in what they are trying to do!
I love when peopleĀ trust me enough to share the knowledge they have gained from books they have read. I understand that they must drop their defenses a little because they are sharing information that allows me to peer into their mind a little.
They are sharing their likes and their interests when they recommend books. I love getting deeper to know more about them.
I love that my kids practice a musical instrument.
I love that they have the interest and are practicing now that they have an instrument of their own. I love that they are musically inclined.
I love that in addition to doing something that they enjoy, they are benefiting themselves. Many studies have shown that learning to play an instrumentĀ improves cognitive ability among others things.
I love that my kids practice a musical instrument!
I love to take my wife to business networking events.
I love to have my wife accompany me at events. I love to introduce her to others andĀ love when she enjoys herself and engages in conversation with others.
I love to take my wife to business networking events!
A committed pugilist has a long list of clever ways to bait you into an argument. You’ll never win, of course, because the argument itself is what the pugilist seeks.
Call it out, give it a name, share this post and then walk away.
I love to offer help and I love when others ask for help. If I am in a position to be of assistance, I will gladly do so or refer to someone else that is better suited.
I love to be active so I gravitate to organizing activities that keep others active at the office. I enjoy doing it and people enjoy playing so why not!
The camaraderie established in team sports is also beneficial. I get to know people at another level. I get to see who the real team players are.
I find it interesting to see others in a different environment.
I love to see others stay active and healthy. I also know that subconsciously these types activities keep people engaged and happy.
Yes, I appreciate recognition and, yes, thank yous go a long way (depending on the situation maybe a little more is necessary).
Being sincerely appreciated makes my day. I’m simple from that standpoint. I love to say thank you because there may be others like me that feel the same way. Even if there weren’t, I would still say thank you.
